Welcome to Holy Trinity Reception Center, conveniently located in Maitland, Florida; our clients are immediately enchanted with our beautiful ballroom, exquisite service, and warm atmosphere.
Our Mediterranean style ballroom facilities offers a gorgeous setting for your special day! You will be enchanted by our landscaped walkways and Mediterranean style architecture. Once inside the Ballroom, our elegant chandeliers, domed shaped windows, hard wood dance floor, and luxurious carpet will add to the ambiance of your wedding. We permit outside caterers (licensed and insured) and offer state-of-the-art kitchen facilities.
We offer both indoor and covered outdoor ceremony options.

Setting Description
Upon entrance, the Mediterranean inspired architecture and beautifully landscaped walkways receive your guests in grand style. Once inside, guests can mingle in the upscale foyer before entering one of the most elegantly appointed ballrooms available in Central Florida.
We offer two areas for ceremonies: a beautiful new 9,600-square-foot outdoor pavilion with Greek columns, as well as an indoor area that can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Seating Capacities
Our Agape Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests (up to 325 with dancing). The Aegean Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a ceremony or business meeting (theater style) or up to 120 guests for a reception (up to 80 guests with dancing). Our beautiful new outdoor pavilion can accommodate up to 400 guests.
Service & Staff
Our knowledgeable event staff will assist you with all of your planning needs, from answering questions regarding our unique venue to assistance with selecting wedding vendors. We have a representative on-site at every event from set-up time through clean-up.

Our facilities include: The Agape Ballroom, our elegant foyer area for your cocktail reception, a six-hour duration plus an additional three hours for set up, a bridal suite, an on-site representative, 72-inch round tables for your guests, 6-foot tables for food stations, gift table, deejay, and bars, upholstered chairs, and the setup and tear down of the tables and chairs according to your specifications.
Other Events
Holy Trinity Reception & Conference Center is also the ideal location for meetings, training sessions, graduations, trade shows, bar/bat mitzvahs, fund-raisers, anniversary parties, and other special events.
Cuisine
Our preferred caterers offer the highest quality in food, presentation, and attention to detail. Our impressive on-site gourmet kitchen facilities will ensure excellent service and unsurpassed guest satisfaction. Licensed and insured outside caterers permitted.
Local Attractions
Holy Trinity Reception & Conference Center is located minutes from historic Winter Park with upscale shopping available for out-of town guests. We are also located 30 minutes from all of the major theme parks in Central Florida, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.
